Account Manager

Role and Responsibilities
 
•  Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
•  Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of their products
•  Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame
•  Performs collection activities as required
•  Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
•  Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to Manager for period reviews
•  Completes proactive customer “good will” calls
•  Liaising with the client and ensuring effective communication with GL;
•  Presenting creatively GL solutions
•  Writing client reports and proposals as need be
•  Undertaking administration tasks;
•  Arranging and attending meetings with both existing and potential clients;

Qualifications and Education Requirements
 
•  Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•  Business college training an advantage
•  Previous office experience is an advantage 
•  Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent, Internet skills, and CRM.
